Building Your Home

This is the most fun and exciting part of the construction process. Quality begins in our foundations where we add extra rebar to our footings. Then during framing we "stack-frame", lining up the studs, joists and rafters. This process creates a stronger structure and minimizes settling. We add extra insulation to improve the energy efficiency of our homes. Each house is then inspected by the electric company to get an energy-right rating. In each stage of construction, you will see the quality of materials and workmanship that set us apart from the rest.
